The Steam Client Beta has been updated with the following changes:
Game Recording
- Fixed issue that could cause game-provided timeline icons to not appear the first time Steam tries to show them
- Fixed case where exporting a clip could fail if the clip was across two play sessions
- Fixed rare crash when deleting background video
Note: This update was re-released with additional changes:
- Fixed export/copy to clipboard when from the timeline in Steam overlay.
- Fixed game portraits flashing on Big Picture Mode home screen when switching from a game with no background image.
- Fixed exported HEVC (H.265) videos not playing on iOS/macOS.
