You can get Animal Bone by killing and skinning an Animal. You can also find Animal Bone on the ground.

You can get Animal Fur Pieces by killing and skinning an Animal.
How to Get Battery
A Battery is a blue cylinder that can be found inside of structures and other abandoned areas.
How to Get Blueberry
You can get Blueberry from Blueberry Bushes. You’ll also get Fiber from these plants.
How to Get Branch
Branches are found on the ground or by grabbing a Branch Bush. You can also get them by chopping down trees.
How to Get Cave Moss
You can find Cave Moss on the walls of certain caves.
